2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice.

We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the content at our discretion.
